MPFNL Appointments for April 1 – please confirm your appointment on OfficialsHQ ASAP. 

• Match Day Paperwork – OfficialsHQ (if doesn’t work fill out form via Club Hub)
• Match Day Report – Club Hub via QR Code in Umpire Change Rooms.

SEWF/AFLSE/FDJ/SEJ Practice Matches – if you are available for a match, please contact our Junior Umpire Coaches (umpire.jnr@aflse.com.au).

• Matches are not to start without a Team Sheet. 
• Clubs have been communicated this. You have our full support to not start a match if the Team does not provide a Team Sheet. This is so all players are insured & if something happens in the match, we have documentation of the participants.
