{"id":608,"date":"2023-05-02T10:54:23","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T00:54:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aflseclubhub.com.au\/umpires\/?p=608"},"modified":"2023-05-02T20:22:01","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T10:22:01","slug":"afl-south-east-community-umpire-round-umpire-recognition-events","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aflseclubhub.com.au\/umpires\/afl-south-east-community-umpire-round-umpire-recognition-events\/","title":{"rendered":"AFL South East &#8211; Community Umpire Round &#8211; Umpire Recognition Events"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This weekend from Friday May 5 to Sunday May 7 is the <strong><em>AFL SOUTH EAST COMMUNITY UMPIRING ROUND <\/em><\/strong>which will take place across the MPFNL, SEWF and AFL South East Junior competitions.<\/p>\n<p>We thank our those who make up our AFL South East Umpiring Department and also the Southern Umpires Association for their continued support and all they do off-field for Umpires in their role.<\/p>\n<p>To recognise the contribution you make, please see below the 2 Umpire Recognition Events in which we are expecting maximum attendance from our Umpiring group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>WEDNESDAY 3<sup>rd<\/sup> MAY \u2013 SENIORS (MPFNL &amp; SEWF) UMPIRE RECOGNITION EVENT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Kananook Reserve, Seaford from 6pm. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Representation from all MPFNL &amp; SEWF Clubs. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Some are sending their President, other their Senior coach and even some Players. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Order of Events (we are on a strict timeline so please be respectful &amp; on time);<\/p>\n<p>6pm \u2013 Training begins<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On Field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6.30pm \u2013 MPFNL &amp; SEWF Club Representatives arrive and will receive information from AFL South East &amp; SUA about Umpiring.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SUA Social Rooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6.40pm \u2013 Senior Field Umpires Coaching Session with Russell Davidson.
