Error Message trying to access the Education Modules
If an umpire receives an error message and can not access the LMS, they need to contact customer support directly with a screen shot and / or description of their issue. This will ensure that their concern is addressed as quickly as possible.
The most common issue preventing access is that an umpire (or parent who’s email address was used at point of registration) has completed a course through the LMS. The system picks up that the name or email does not match and prevents access. Only Customer Support can fix this issue, hence the error message directing them to contact them directly.
