Hi everyone,

It’s been amazing to meet so many AFL South East Umpires across the last month I have been in the role and thank you for making my return to the region as welcoming as you have.  

 

We are in the middle of winter, and while things may be a bit cold and blustery, the sun shine and Finals glow will be back soon enough. 

 

JUNIOR INTERLEAGUE  

This weekend is a Junior Competition Bye for the Junior Interleague Carnival on Friday, Sunday & through to next Wednesday during the School Holidays.  

 

Congratulations to those who have been selected to represented AFL South East & SUA Members who are officiating.  

 

MPFNL DIVISION 1 & SEWF PREMIER BYE – July 8  

Reminder to all Senior Umpires that the above two Divisions have the week off, so please notifiy your coach if you are available as there are limited appointment opportunities. 

 

There is a complete Junior Rund on Sunday July 9.  

 

PAY ENQUIRIES  

• If you have any pay enquiries, please go to the Club Hub and submit your enquiry. 
• Junior Interleague pays will be finalised after the conclusion of carnival, which is the 5^th of July, pays for this will be then run on the 11^th of July. 
• Thanks to those that have submitted Pay Enquiries, please know that these are forwarded to the AFL immediately for action for the next pay-run 
• Please note that when you send these, they are received and actioned immediately for the next pay-run in which you have enquired.

SUA – EVENTS UPDATE 

July 15^th Trivia night @ SUA clubrooms Kananook. 

Following your game on Saturday come down and get your thinking caps on for a fun filled knowledgeable night. Tickets will be available through the SUA website or at training. 

July 17^th Junior Bowling Night @ Cranbourne 

Whether you get a strike, spare or a gutter ball I guarantee you’ll have a smile on your face being around your fellow umpires and friends. Reward yourself after a big year of umpiring before finals start in August.

• We highly encourage as many participants as possible to attend this event and support the SUA. 
• Cheaper tickets for SUA Members, so buy a membership. 

 

 UNIFORM UPDATE 

 

• Project have uniforms in stock, please order through Project directly. You can either pick up from their warehouse or get your uniform delivered via Australia Post.
